What is your return and refund policy?

All returns are shipped at the customers expense, using the shipping method of your choice. We recommend marking any shipments as fragile and/or adding insurance to guarantee your item is returned safely.

  • Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the original date of purchase only.
  • Clearance items may not be returned.
  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, dented, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to DPFDiscounter.com or seller error are subject to partial refunds or restocking fees of up to 50% of the item’s price.
  • If an item is returned in excessively damaged and unusable condition, a refund will not be processed.
  • If the buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original, like-new condition within the return window, the order is subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the item’s price.
  • Licensed software is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Due to the nature of electronic products and their susceptibility to damage, we are unable to accept returns for electronics once they have been purchased and opened. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and functionality of our electronic items, as well as to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety for all our customers. 
  • As part of our policy, we cannot accept returns based on buyer's remorse, especially if the product fails to meet all expectations. It is imperative that customers thoroughly review product specifications and assess compatibility before making a purchase. We encourage our valued patrons to diligently scrutinize product details, ensuring they align with their needs and requirements. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and comprehensive information, it remains the responsibility of the customer to make informed decisions. Therefore, we kindly request our customers to exercise due diligence in their purchasing process to avoid any inconveniences regarding compatibility and functionality.
  • If there are any uncertainties regarding compatibility or product features, we encourage customers to reach out to our support team for assistance and clarification.
  • RMA is required for each return, please contact order@DPFDiscounter.com to request the RMA.


Once we have received your return, it will be inspected and processed. This process can take up to 7-10 business days. Based on the condition of the returned item(s), a 20% restocking fee, up to 50% may be deducted from your refund. We will notify you if no refund will be processed based on excessive damage and unusable condition. 


Refunds will be processed once all inspections have been completed. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

What is your shipping and delivery policy?

1. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

2. Delivery Terms

2.1 Order Processing Time

We strive to process online orders as soon as possible, typically 1 business day. Orders placed after 5pm EST are not processed until the following business day. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, except on nationally observed holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Your shipments tracking number will also be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to be available. Additional delivery days may apply in some instances, such as hazardous items, oversized items, truck freight items, select zip codes, and remote delivery areas. 2.2 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

2.3 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

2.4 Package Delay

DPFDiscounter.com is not responsible, nor in control of transit delays once an item has shipped. The buyer is responsible for providing an address that carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over a shipment once a package departs the facility. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. 2.5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

2.6. Package Damaged In Transit

If you find a package is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the package from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

2.7. In-Store Pickup

All In-store pickup orders are arranged between customer and DPFDiscounter.com during store business orders. Please contact us for pickup orders.

3. Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

4. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
