Warranty Policy

All product warranties, where applicable, are provided directly by the original manufacturer. DPF Discounter does not manufacture parts and does not offer independent warranties. If you require assistance with a warranty claim for a product purchased through us, please contact our team—we are happy to assist with the process.

Warranty coverage is limited to the original parts included in the product kit and begins on the date of purchase. Warranties are valid for the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.

To request warranty consideration:

  • Contact DPF Discounter and request start warranty process.
  • The product must be returned to DPF Discounter with prepaid shipping (shipping is not paid by DPF Discounter)
  • A dated proof of purchase is required.
  • The item must not be altered, installed improperly, or damaged by the customer or other components in any way.


If DPF Discounter, as the reseller, chooses to issue a monetary refund, it will be exclusive of all payment processing fees, shipping charges, and any other nonrefundable fees or costs incurred to DPF Discounter related to the original purchase.

Please note: DPF Discounter IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LABOR CHARGES, DIAGNOSTIC TIME, INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL EXPENSES, TOWING, LOSS OF USE, DAMAGE TO OTHER COMPONENTS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS.
